Summary of activities and events for 2005-2006
Speaker for MPH classes, Jen Keagy (CEOMPH alum) spoke about her experience at CDC. Program given during lunch break between interactive videoconferencing classes on Novem 5, 2005.
Chapter President Angela DeJulius and advisors Amy Lee and Matt Adeyanju attended the Delta Omega national meeting at APHA in Philadelphia in December 2005.
Sponsored research competition in March 2006 with the winners submitted to Delta Omega’s national competition. One submission (Ron Graham) was selected for presentation at APHA meeting in November 2006.
Performed the chapter’s first full set of inductions (student, faculty, alumni and honorary) at CEOMPH Spring Celebration in May 2006.
