Susan Bruce is Chair and Professor of Pharmacy Practice at Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED). She obtained her BS in Pharmacy and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees from Albany College of Pharmacy in Albany, New York. She completed a Primary Care Pharmacy Practice Residency with an emphasis on education at Midwestern University Chicago College of Pharmacy. Sue is also a board certified pharmacotherapy specialist. Prior to joining NEOMED, she was on faculty at Albany College of Pharmacy as well as Chicago College of Pharmacy. Sue is a member of many national pharmacy organizations and the author of many published works, including topics in rheumatology, faculty development and curriculum. She serves as a reviewer for many rheumatology, pharmacy practice, and pharmacy education journals. She is an active member of multiple pharmacy organizations. In 2011, Sue was recognized by the Akron Area Chamber of Commerce as a “30 for the Future” award recipient.
