Biography

Dr. Chang is the director of the Biostatistics in Public Health course for the Consortium of Eastern Ohio Universities Master of Public Health program since 2000. In 1993, he joined the department of mathematics and statistics of YSU, and has developed and coordinated undergraduate and graduate statistics programs. His career has been focused on providing quality statistical education, providing statistical consulting service to the university and the community, and conducting research on statistical methodology and statistical modeling and analysis on data from various disciplines such as health, engineering, economics, politics, and education.
